Cildinizi günde en az iki kez Dermatoloğunuzun yazdığı ürünlerle nemlendirin. Kremler, merhemler ve losyonlar cildin ihtiyacı olan nemi hapseder. Ayrıca cildinizdeki reaksiyonu arttırabilecek olan ter, stres, dengesiz beslenme, sabun, deterjan gibi kimyasallar ile tozlu ortamlardan uzak durun.
Kısa duşlar alın. Ayrıca sıcak su yerine ılık su tercih edin.
El, yüz ve vücut temizliğinde mutlaka cildinize uygun, sağlıklı ürünler kullanın. Anti bakteriyel sabunlar cildinizi kurutabilir, dikkat edin.
Duş sonrasında cildinizdeki nemi yumuşak ve doğal bir havluyla kurulayın. Banyodan sonra 5 dakika içerisinde nemlendirici uygulayın.
Egzama tedavisine karar verirseniz dermatoloğunuza aşağıdaki bilgileri vermeyi unutmayın:
- Aldığınız ilaçlar.
- Aldığınız vitaminler ve mineraller.
- Hamileyseniz veya hamile kalmayı planlıyorsanız.
- Geçirdiğiniz tüm ameliyatlar ve kozmetik tedaviler.
